    Hello,

    I am trying to sign in and am trying to put in an email address on console. However, whenever I finish putting in my preferred email, it does not let me move on to the next step. How would I press enter with an Xbox remote?

    New accounts have to be set up via desktop computer on a web browser. Try Xbox.com

    You are unable to have more than one Gamertag per E-mail address, to make an alternate account, you would have to use a second E-mail address.

    If you wish to change your gamertag, you can do so whilst keeping the same E-mail address. This will cost you 800MSP and can be done from your console, see here for more details:
