    Would you mind explaining what you mean when you say it will not let you create a driver name?

    There's not a lot of information available on this game so we may need some more information to be able to assist you.

    I also suggest going over to YouTube. searching this game, and see if there are videos showing the character creation.

    Either the name is taken or it's not in a format the game accepts, as others have said, you'll have to escalate this with the developers.
