    Ok, so I'm trying to make another account and when I try to sign up for Xbox Live it doesn't work. The error occurs after I write the password, and it reads "Sorry, Xbox Live singup isn't available right now. Try again late." How do I fix this???

    Hello Solarrr,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you want to make a new account. We recommend following the

    guide for creating an account    . Try a
    power cycle     on the console then make the account. Also make sure you are not using any information that is on another account like email or phone number to set it up.

    I haven't had this issue but what I would recommend is contacting Microsoft by phone and see about having those charges fixed. They may also be able to tell exactly what the potential cause of the error is for you.

    I've been doing some digging online for you about this error message and this came directly from a MSDN Blog
    here. Going out on a limb and say that you want to try out #2 since it seems to be pertinent to you. There are also some
    other solutions on the page from others but these are their official solutions.

    1. If you are trying to turn an existing email into a Live ID then chances are that email already *is* a Live ID. If you don't remember the password for this Live ID anymore, you can either reset it (try http://windowslivehelp.com ...
      the current password reset page is here) or go create a new one.
    2. If you are trying to create a new Live ID then you should go to https://signup.live.com/signup.aspx instead.

    You could definitely try waiting a little while. Also, maybe try clearing your browser cache/cookies and restarting it, or trying a different browser. Let me know if that helps.
