    Hello, I created my Live Rewards Account late last year, but I have yet to be rewarded for the points i have been accumulating. Can you please help?

    ok not sure what happened to my account. But I have stopped receiving any kinds of points months ago.

    to be clear at least 800 ms points is needed on each account

    800 for the original account to free up the name

    800 for the new account to change the name to the new name unless you haven't created it in which case you will receive 1 free name change if it is within the first 30days

    and only on randomly created gamertags names

    Can my Xbox live account be transferred to a new Microsoft Account?

    The recovery form isn't even being acknowledged anymore. The only email reply I receive at this point says I've tried too many times and must create a new account.

    Just for correction, maybe there was age asking point when creating XBL account but I was serious enough to do double check my age at the moment of creating my XBL account. there was no mistake.
