Created Account 2 days ago, now I got banned for no reason.

The gamertag for the newly made suspended account is OutWings8173167

I literally made this gamertag 2 days ago because I was banned for life on my other account because of communications. Once I realized I was banned for life I stopped saying anything negative to players and now I am suspended for no reason and do not know
why. I did not even get an email from Microsoft stating why I was suspended for OutWings8173167. I checked everything and I do not see a reason why I should be suspended. My bio, name, location, and motto is clean. I know I never sent any bad messages to anyone
and I know for a fact that my voice chat was clean also. Please unban me or take away my suspension for OutWings8173167 because I know for a fact that I did nothing wrong. I even made this account 2 days ago c'mon!

Accounts getting banned for no reason..

Hi everyone,

Im posting here because i see alot of my friends accounts getting banned for no reason.

It all started arround the 11/27/16 when the Terms Of Use were being updated.

Now ALL of my friends got banned between the 11/01/16 and today. They all got banned for "cheating". I even got banned until 9999 for "cheating" on an account that i created 2 days before that.

So now I would like to know if its happening to other players as well, and if there is a possibility of UNBANNING accounts.

no, i am not ip address banned, i created another account and a mod approved and registered me, i kept it for 2 days till i wrote on a mod's wall; asking a question. i got banned for "ban evasion" very confused, still not IP address banned....

I would like to add to Alliance United's information that if you were banned for life, it is possible that the ban is tied to your console or your IP address. It is possible, but I don't know for sure, that this is causing an automatic ban to your new account.
But only the XBLPET will know for sure.

 

Hyrule: Bans are not issued by IP address.

OP: They found your new account to be in violation in some form. They don't hand out bans for nothing.

 

I want to know why my account was in violation then. Tell me why I was suspended and don't tell me none of that conduct policy bs. I want to know exactly why it was suspended because this is bs. Go into my account you tell me what is wrong with it because
this is total bs.

 

And I also told you that I never got an email stating why I was suspended so you have to give me my account back. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this new account. I made this 2 days ago. This is bs you guys and all of Microsoft have me thinking of
returning all your products and getting a playstation because of some bs.

 

You will have to post in the forum Alliance linked to you. That is the only way to contact the enforcement team to find out why you were banned. We're all gamers like you. We don't have the reason why you were banned.
