    Hi,

    I have purchased Minecraft for my son and I'm currently trying to create an Xbox live account of him. We are not able to do that because for some reason you need a USA based credit card to be able to continue. We live in Sweden and I have a VISA, is there
    any way that we can solve this. I have searched for a way to contact support but chat is unavailable as well as any other form of direct communication. To post on the forum seems to be the only way.

    How to add a child to the family, without creating an email address

    So my 6 year old son can't play minecraft with me unless I create an email account for him and create an XBox live account for him? Even though we're sitting on the same couch, looking at the same screen?

    Hello i,m and i have some question

    - When you buy Minecraft Xbox One, Minecraft Windows 10 is free ?(because i I saw a long time ago that if we buy a version we would have the other version for free) ?

    - Last year i create a new account for Minecraft JAVA and i "make" a code for Minecraft Windows for use with my first account "Delta Hunt" (and that time i never thought i'd buy the Xbox One S after purchase Minecraft Java).

    And now in december 2016 i get the Xbox One and create a new account but i don't know the first account "Delta Hunt" is for Xbox. And my second account now "" i bought Minecraft Xbox One, played the game and when i want to play the game on Windows
    10, i can't play with my my account "" and i can just play Minecraft With "Delta Hunt" and i never use this.

    So i ask you if can i get Minecraft Windows 10 for "" account and remove "Delta Hunt" account.

    Or if you can't remove "Delta Hunt" account and renew a code in Minecraft Java website to enter the code with ""

    On Minecraft Bedrock on Windows 10, it signs into the account signed in on the Xbox App. If the new account you created does not have access to Minecraft, then you will have to purchase it for that account.

    Hi Genesukt64,

    Have you signed in on a pc with the info you used to create the microsoft account for use with minecraft?

    When you created the account to use with minecraft it is an automatic action with the gamertag it doesn't mean microsoft thinks you have an xbox.
