Hi Rybo,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. To be honest I never seen anything like this before. Is it only on the one profile you see this? You could take a screenshot and then report the problem. If you don't have it download the insider hub app. When you hold
the Xbox button turn off console, controller pops up. At the bottom report a problem shows there.

OH MY GOD MIGHT NEED TO BUY A NEXT GEN CONSOLE

Call me crazy, but the font on that site looks like Fallout-y font. I might just be seeing what I want to see.
