    Hey Microsoft, I have been having a serious problem. So my friend and I saw this game called "Crater Commander" in the Microsoft Rewards page, so naturally, I wanted to play it. I like all the special promos they put in the rewards shop. So I was playing it over and over because it was pretty fun, and I also realized that it sometimes gives you bonus points.

    When I would play, I would get lots of these bonus points, in increments of 50, 100, and 500. This was really good for me, wanting to buy the robux in the Rewards Shop. I did this a few times on separate accounts, but after signing in to one of the earliest accounts I made, it said my account was suspended. Why did it do this? There is no rules broken that I know of.

    I would recommend checking out this article to see how to submit a case review. That way the security team can take a look and give your more detailed info or investigate the cause.

    We cannot look into the reason itself here or explain what might be going on and I would hate to speculate. However, that team would be your best start for answers.
