CRASHING !!

Hi everyone, i need some help, because when i start the instalation of halo TMCC achieves to 85% and then my xbox one crash, idon't know what happend... please help me

Seriously, What the heck is wrong w/ the YouTube App

The last couple of weeks, Youtube does nothing but crash, and crash, and crash. And when I do get it running, it crashes! Even after reinstalling it, it still crashes..its pretty much a digital paper weight. Anyone else having these issues

 

It crashes

It crashes all the time, I can't play, it crashes before a select a location, it crashes when i select how many cards I want, it crashes before the game start, it crashes when the game starts. Its really annoying

We are sorry this issue has come up but rest assured we are here to help! First things first we need a bit more information regarding the issue at hand, did it throw up any error codes? After the console shut down, was it able to turn back on? We suggest
clearing out the caches on the console since if they do happen to get full it could cause this type of errors.

How to clear Game Cache on the Xbox One:

Settings

System

Storage

Clear Local Saved Games

Yes and Restart

IF THE CONSOLE IS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET no progress or purchase data will be lost, what we accomplish by doing these steps would be to resync the profile to the cloud getting rid of any corruption as a byproduct.

I would also try doing a hard reset (or disconnect the system from power for 30 seconds) then try again to see it works.

 

it doesn't work men and now when i start my xbox it crashes

And no, it doesn't throw up a code error, nothing, just it crashes and nothing more, is very stressful

Here is a couple of links for troubleshooting the install stopping and crashing.

We included the problem with disks in case the game is a disk game. If you are still unable to get the game installed completely, you can try a

soft factory reset. This will fix the OS if there is any corrupt files. When doing the soft factory reset select keep games and apps. Keep in mind these two points when doing the reset:

1. Make sure you have a stable internet connection
2. You know the email/password to all accounts on the Xbox.

Hey there!

Make sure you check your storage space and that is not what is causing things to crash. You might also want to hard reset your modem/router as well.

Hope it all works out!

 

Try clearing the cache.
Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out.
Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
After trying this, reinstall the game.
It may work for you .

device support or by getting in contact with
