    hello fellow xbone users. my xbone that i got on 'day one' was perfect. not a single problem for almost a year. a couple of weeks ago it just stopped working for no apparent reason. I followed the directions on the support web site, sent it in via UPS at
    no charge for me. (yay!) I received a brand new one today. I am very impressed with the service, and speed, that this was all carried out. My only question was what was wrong with my console in the first place? The was no information given and i was just curious
    to know. anyways I remain a satisfied customer. B.Forrest

    Xbone Crashing

    Happens to many people. There's clearly an issue with the Xbox One operating system/hardware. Ghosts crashes to dashboard on me entirely way too many times. I'm sick of power cycling my xbox to get temporary relief.

    I dont know what to tell you. Im seriously disappointed. I cant play the game more than 5 minutes before getting kicked back to the dashboard.

    They'll never tell you what was wrong with the console. However, I'm glad you got the new one in before Christmas. Enjoy the holidays.

    Max,

    Have you tried uninstalling those affected games, then power cycling, then re-installing those games to see if that resolves the issue? You shouldn't have to unplug the power supply, just wait 30 seconds after the power cycle process turns off the console.
    If this with both digital and disc-based games?
