    Crashing new downloads


    Every time I try and got a new puzzle pack it keeps crashing plus the last 2 packs that I have brought are not showing up. I have tried signing out and back in but it didn't help

    It was a small error with the update. There should be a new update to download that will correct the problem. The newest update should also correct party chat from crashing.

    New edge update

    The new Microsoft edge in preview keeps crashing anytime there is a new tab or pop up I can't do anything without it freezing and crashing any fix?

    Are you deleting the older updates before downloading the new one ? , heard that it's supposed to help with the crashing

    Why are all ON DEMAND games old releases?

    It would most definetly crash LIVE because of how many people would be downloading new releases.

    Yep the game was fully downloaded 3 times, and the game crashed at different parts of the game on each new install... Dunno what the heck is going on...

    Xbox app keeps freezing

    At least for me I have like Forza 5 downloaded. And I can still launch the game from the File Explorer and it will run fine without crashing. But I can't do anything with the Xbox app like downloading a new game or looking at anything past the first page. It doesn't fully crash but stops any interaction other than scrolling.
