Crashing, freezing then kicking me out

Only on my WaarBeast account does it freezes and kicks me out, I already done the steps told but it didn't work

Only happens when on only my profile but works on my sister profile.

For cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

I would also like to ask, is this only happening whenever you're using your profile?

If they're being kicked to the dashboard, that means the game is crashing?

When I used to play Ark it would lag, freeze and crash sometimes... especially if there was a lot going on in-game. (Ex: when exploring caves, etc.)

Yes I have tried a different game I’ve tried forza 4 and it was absolutely fine while playing. Had a race and I didn’t get kicked out or froze at all it was completely fine.

I’ve only got one WiFi available for me to try at home and the WiFi was rest and still isn’t working.

On my old Xbox one it still works but I have no clue why it don’t work on my Xbox series x I’m very baffled
