Crashes

Hello everyone, I have the xBox one X, purchased from a shop new. I'm a huge Call of Duty fan. I purchased Black Ops 4 Digital Deluxe Enhance. I mainly play Zombies on this game. I am nearly a Prestige 2. The hours I spend on this game is incredible, I
should be at least double that at a Prestige 4 stage. Due to the crashes I have checked my internet provider and the way I set up the hub at home, even changed my furniture around for this game. I live alone, I only have the xBox running off the hub, no land-line,
no other people/visitors connecting to my hub, just me and my mobile and when I game I switch the Wi-Fi on my mobile off. There is nothing wrong my end. My xBox account is clean, no bans or negative scoring. I understand that Treyarch are currently fixing
the problems of "Connection Interrupted" and the regular crashes. My question is: how can I ask xBox; can you up my Prestige to where it actually should be? This is poor that us as fans have to go without after we invest so much money and time in to it, keeping
the game alive. This kept happening in Black Ops 3 as well in the Zombie mode and Multiplayer mode. I've lost to much time to by-pass this. Please change my Prestige to where it should be, as a fan, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time reading

Seriously, What the heck is wrong w/ the YouTube App

The last couple of weeks, Youtube does nothing but crash, and crash, and crash. And when I do get it running, it crashes! Even after reinstalling it, it still crashes..its pretty much a digital paper weight. Anyone else having these issues

It crashes all the time, I can't play, it crashes before a select a location, it crashes when i select how many cards I want, it crashes before the game start, it crashes when the game starts. Its really annoying

The crashing has been an issue since launch.

Activision & Treyach have acknowledged the issues and is in the process of fixing them.

Zombie mode was highly unstable at launch high round were impossible. I did some solo runs last weekend an it crashed at round 50 and one at round 63.

I have also crashed several times on multiplayer.

If you check reddit BlackOps4 and CoDZombies there is tons of post regarding it.

But all in all it has improved since launch week.

To mt knowledge MS has no power to adjust your in-game rank, that would be up to Activision, and I can almoat guarentee they wont. Im with you tho, great game!!
