Crashes while on my profile, but no one elses

as title.

If i try to start up Xbox Fitness, it gets as far as the health warning screen where the scrolling white bar freezes then it kicks me back to the dash. However, it works with other profiles on thee same Xbox. I've tried another Xbox with the same results,
and have tried the following on each:-

Deleting save games

Deleting and recovering profile

Uninstalling and reinstalling Fitness

Resetting console

As said, if I use another profile Fitness will load perfectly but if I switch to my profile it crashes.

I know Fitness doesn't have long to run but I'd like to make the most of it while available.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Payday 2 crashes

So every time I try and sign into payday 2 my game crashes and goes back to the dashboard. I have uninstalled the game multiple times and cleared cache multiple times as well. I sign out and it works with no profile signed in but when I sign in it crashes.
It only does it with my profile and no one else's. just my gamer tag crashes. Please help.

 

No Man's Sky Xbox One X Crashing

For the past week I've been getting random crashes while playing NMS. When it happens it shuts the system down completely. I've tried deleting and redownloading the game and my profile both worth no effect. Does not happen with any other game or app.
Anyone else having this issue???

 

Thank you for posting this. I've been having trouble booting Xbox Fitness for a few days so I came looking for solutions. Seeing that you were able to load it via other profiles, I tried that myself. Success!

I had previously tried a hard reset of the console and was just about to try deleting local saved data.

This seems very weird that it is linked to certain profiles.

Apparently having certain gamerpics, particularly custom ones in the new preview program breaks functionality. This doesn't solve my issue, as my gamerpic is standard. But I tested anyway and switched to other gamer pics that also did not work, including
the one that does work for profile 2. But it's a simple solution and worth testing out.

 

Yep, this definitely worked for me, as soon as I switched back to an avatar gamerpic it worked straight away. Thanks!
