    Crashes and Graphic Errors


    After my xbox got stuck in an update loop in November and then died of the Red Ring I bought a new 360 in xbox one design in December. This worked fine until this week.

    The system crashes when playing Battlefield 4, CoD or even using my movie streaming apps. The picture freezes and no sound or picture changes. The Home button does not cause the system to respond.

    Further, after playing games for about 5 minutes graphical errors start to appear on my screen.

    Considering the console I am using is the work of several years I put my order of the Xbox One on hold, who knows what fault the launch system might have.

    Graphic problems and Crash after Loading screen

    Graphic issue in game and the game Crashes after Loading Screen.

    I Deleted the game and install it new but have the same problem.

    There is no error code.

    The Screen freezes, no picture movement and the system is not responding to any buttons or the home button on the controller.

    That is the graphical error I get playing. The longer I play, the worse it gets. After that the textures go rainbow on me and shift colors.

    hum may this be your tv's fault?

    and have you tried to clear the system cache? settings system storage HDD hovor over HDD hit Y clear system cache hit yes

    and have you unpluged and repulged the AV cord?

    keep getting error: GPU crashed or D3D Device removed. Use-d3ddebbug to enable the D3D debug device. Use gpucrashedebugging to track current GPU state.

    It doesn't seem to be happening now but it was on a game called breath edge, when loading in it would crash and give me an error, restarting the game. I can't remember what the error said exactly but lowering the graphics settings would temporarily fix this. as I said it doesn't seem to be doing it now even when the graphics are set to max.

    I am sorry to report that the issue has not been resolved.

    At this point, I am starting to suspect either the game's coding or the graphics card in the Xbox 1.

    Any other suggestions?
