    crashes and freezing constantly in optimized games series S/X


    In my case I have my xbox series s since 2 months ago and from that day, i could not play halo infinite in any mode, forza horizon, hellblade, fortnite and basically all games optimized for series x and s , I tried to solve with microsoft methods like factory reset and delete data of some game, and watched tutorials in youtube and it does not work it is so frustrating. My console freezing and turn off automatically when i play somo of these games. PLEASE FIX IT AND WORK IN AN UPDATE TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.

    Hello Xbox community, this is about Xbox series x/s versions of games!

    Because on my Xbox series x, it only shows 'Optimized for series x/s' but if a xbox series x version of a game is NOT 'optimized' how would i know if I'm playing a series x/s version of a game?

    Are you using a Series S/X?

    Series S/X optimized games can only run from the internal SSD or an expansion card made specifically for the Series S/X.

    Yes you can. The expansion card is for Series S/X optimized games. So you should be able to run any game from them as opposed to regular external hard drives which cannot run Series S/X optimized games.

    It's optimized for the Series S/X, but there's not a separate version for the One and Series S/X. So it'll work.
