    I used over 5000 tokens to download the Antarctica collection. the system froze when attempting to download but took my tokens. Can anything be done to get my tokens back so I can try to download again.

    I just wanted to add that it is now June and I am 51% through TR and it crashed 3 times during one cut scene... finally was able to get through but doesn't seem to be fixed quite yet. Mine was also the digital download version.

    Same thing here, bought and downloaded assassin creed black flag, during the download process it gave me an option to start playing the game but when I tried the game crashed and returned me to the home screen so I waited to the end of the download and tried
    playing the game and the same thing happened, crashes and returnering to the home screen.

    Self repair like that is a direct violation of xbox terms of use, and regardless of it not actually being modified, we are not permitted to help you in any way because of it.

    I highly recommend you go get a new xbox.

    For example, I need to download an update for COD Black Ops 2, I get to see the download bar, then it freezes and my console restarts.

    I bought it like a year ago from a person I know, he opened the xbox to replace the wifi board and the front plate because it had a little damage

    You bought it used and the previous owner has opened up the console? That may make it ineligible for repairs, but we'll do our best to get it going again!

    So your console is crashing when you try to install any game update? Can you describe the crashing a little? Like what exactly does it look like when this happens? What exactly do you see on the TV?

    If the console was previously opened, that may be why it crashes when trying to update.

    If it was opened, it may be stuck as being just an offline gaming unit. It could face a ban if it makes it online and it's been opened up before.
