Crash when trying to download new puzzles

Discus and support Crash when trying to download new puzzles in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Hi, when I try to download new puzzles the game crash and there's no way to get them.     Crash when trying to download new puzzles


    Hi, when I try to download new puzzles the game crash and there's no way to get them. Any suggest? thanks a lot!

    Jigsaw Puzzle Download

    Bought the Architecture puzzles pack and it crashes while trying to download it!!!

    New puzzles won't download.

    New puzzles won't download. Says "downloading" but the bar never moves. Also, before when it was working, it would crash quite often.

    Jigsaw Not Woring

    I have the same issue. I paid for the puzzles, and the game just crashes when clicking on the download button on that puzzle.

    I have the same problem. When I first got Windows 10, I had no problems downloading any of the puzzles. I had to reinstall Windows 10 about 2 months ago, and since then, I have not been able to download any of the puzzles (99.5% of which I had already purchased
    with points). When I try to download any of the puzzles, it crashes.

    Glitchy mouse issues

    I am experiencing the same issue. At first I thought it was my mouse's battery going bad/dead. So I tried a new battery, but that did NOT fix the problem!! I do not remember when it first started, it was either after I download my first extra puzzle or
    after Windows did an update or both. But since then I have been having problems playing Jigsaw; having it freeze up especially when I am trying to move a puzzle piece, trying to click on a puzzle piece to pick it up to move it, sometimes when the game loads
    up it freezes, and sometimes after I complete a puzzle it will freeze up/crash.

    Hopefully Microsoft will address/fix these "issues"/"bugs"!

    Had the same problem with missing gold purchased puzzle sets and did what the posts suggested. Turned out that the puzzles with reset back to "zero" and our puzzles sets are still missing. Now when we select to see downloadable sets the app crashes.
