    Hi, I bought a XBOX series s few months ago. I was playing CTR and it was working as normal for few weeks but now, it only starts if I set my console to `offline` (weird, ah?). I've try:

    • Clean console cache
    • Delete all save data from local and cloud storage
    • Reinstall the game
    • Factory reset the console (yeap.... what a waste of time )
    • Reset my router settings
    All other games work perfectly fine. My console is pretty new so I thing it is not broken. What else can I do?

    Hey Francia, I just tried a different account using a different controller to launch the game. Still, I experienced the same result.

    Thank you for letting me know and I apologize for the trouble. Can you please try to use a different account on your Xbox then try to launch the game? Let's check if the same issue will occur.

    Seems like you have performed all the necessary steps. According to Activision, kindly try and clear the Alternate MAC Address by following the steps below:

    Settings > General > Network Settings > Advanced Network Settings > Alternate MAC Address > Clear > Restart.

    Thank you so much for your support, Francie. I really appreciate it! I've found few people reporting the same problem on the internet. Seems like I'm not the only one but it is a rare issue.

    I reported the crash to them, if they help me to fix it, I will get back here to write what has to be done. This may help others.
