    Why is CoD Cold War crashing my Series X to the point it completely shuts the console off?!?!?

    Why Is Microsoft/ Activision/ Treyarch Ignoring this?!?!?

    AND When are any of them gonna give me $$$ back???

    Hi ACARICE823,

    Same thing happened to me. I had bought the $60 version. That was my problem. It was for the Xbox One and is known for crashing the new systems. You will first make sure you have at least the $70 cross gen version. Then go to "Manage Games & Apps" and go
    to full library and purchased, find Cold War and you should see two versions, one has the X|S logo. That is the one you want to install.

    And yes... thanks Activision for making this harder than it should be with no free upgrade or Smart Delivery... *shakes fist*
