crash report but special if i can say

Hello,

So here's my problem, i've recently play need for speed payback, at the beginning the game would not have any problem but since some days i got a really BIG problem.

When i start the game i got the load screen then i spawn at a gaz station but 10 secondes (approximately) later i got a first freeze screen, then the game come back and its freeze a second time then after it get crashes. Every time i launch back it's doing
same.

Option tested : uninstall then reinstall and make the update after.

Play on another cd.

Play on another xbox one.

Nothing make it better so i choose to ask here if someone can help me .....

battlefield 4 save game

^ I know there were reports saying you can lose SP progress if the game crashes whilst playing MP but I've seen quite a few people saying they have still had issues and they have never played MP.

Since we can't get a patch to make the multi-player more stable, could we get a tool that records disconnects to SEE if there is a problem?

 

Try clearing your cache by holding down the power button on your console for 10 seconds.

this does sound like a save game issue.

If possible, what happens when a different profile starts the game, does it run normal? To try and determine if it's indeed profile related.

if it is profile/savegame related:

You could try to set the console as Offline and then remove the savegame from the console only. See the steps to try that on this link: https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/games/game-setup/cloud-game-saves-faq

Post update : i've try the two solutions proposed but .... It's not working.

I've empty my xbox cache and launch the game after restart, then it crashes as usually.

And i've try to go offline, uninstall data games and "saved clouds" from the console, then go online and install game, launch it and load the synchronised data, but it still crash too after some seconds played .....

I may ask microsoft support directly if that problem come from my account.

I will stay active for tell you if i found a solution.
