    Same issue here, my game also crashes back to home whenever it tries to load the crash site level

    Crash issue

    Seems that I'm the only one with this constant crashing of the game! One thing I know now, its random and probably it wont let me play for a long time! Sent a message to support too but all they do is give you solutions you've already tried and always assuming
    the problem is in your end, as if the game doesn't have a million problems!

    My game is also constantly crashing. 90% of the time it does not go beyond the login frame. The longest I have been able to actually play the game is 45 minutes which was last Sunday.

    I have tried the following to remedy the problem:

    - re-install the software 4x (takes 8 hours each time with 55GB)

    - cold-restart of XBox

    - reset the XBox to factory setting (no kidding)

    - open the UPnP ports on my router

    - gain input from Bethesda Tech Support (telling me to do what I already told them I had tried)

    - check if other games work (they do)

    Since the purchase of the game led me to purchase XBox Gold membership lets just say that I would keenly appreciate if XBox Tech support could give a gamer a hand here.

    Well is your xbox connected directly to internet or by wireless! Maybe its nth but after trying everything like you I tried it with the internet cable plugged in and I played like 2 hours until I logged off cause of the usual invisible NPC! When I contacted
    the support they told me to check if NAT is open but actually I played today with NAT strict and didn't see any change but hey I'm not so much of an expert in these things! But even if its cause of the cable I cant believe why should it be so different! I
    think it might be some random error!

    I only have one profile so that isn't an option. As for your 2nd question, I haven't tried moving moving any of my games to internal storage, but I have reformatted both of external hard drives. I would think that would delete any corrupt data.
    Sorry about using profanity, but microsoft just makes me so freakiing mad sometimes!

    The only reason I bought it digital is because it was sort of an impulse buy. I wasn't sure if I was going to buy it, but then watching the launch event and seeing some reviews made me want to play it. As far as those other problems go, I haven't experienced
    the game getting stuck on the loading screen, and it only dashboards on me when this "skipping" crash happens. I tweeted at Respawn about it last night, but didn't get a response. Oddly enough, I lowered the resolution of the Twitch stream from the "recommended"
    2500 kbps to 2000 and it didn't freeze after that.

    I haven't myself personally but I have heard from a few of my friends That the digital download is not that great, and for them it constantly gets stuck on the loading screen and/or dashboards automatically, That's why I'm glad I bought the disc, They've
    done me no wrong for the past 15 years and I doubt I'll ever go fully digital unless I am forced to

    Hi there,

    Sorry to hear this is happening. First of all I would like to remind you to follow the Xbox Forum Guidelines, and not to use profanity in the forums. Now, Have you attempted to use a different profile and does the issue persists?

    Also, do you have an external storage device? If so, I would suggest to try to move the games to the external device to see if the problem persists as well. If you already have the games in an external storage try moving it back to the internal storage.
