thought i would download this on my xbox 360 but will not run, says error try downloading it again. Been onto microsoft for a hour or two and they suggested posting it on here?

Any ideas please?

(Apart from getting an xbox one!)

Hey there Karnevil!

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to get you game downloaded alright.

There's a number of things that could be causing the error you're running into, but as far as troubleshooting steps go, I'd start off trying the steps here on

Troubleshoot Xbox Live content problems on Xbox 360 first.

If that doesn't do the trick, I'd try what we call rolling back your console updates. You can find that step listed as
Solution 7 in our support page entitled
Troubleshoot problems with an update to your Xbox 360 console.

When and if you get a chance, give those steps a shot and let us know how that helped in resolving the issue.

Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the game? Also try shutting down the console completely and unplugging it for 2 to 3 minutes and then give it a try.

I'd like to see the first Spyro the Dragon game and Crash Bandicoot: Wrath of Cortex, those games never got old.
