Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex Won't Play

Hello.

I purchased and downloaded Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex last night and when I try to play it says that I need an Xbox HDD. I have an Xbox 360E which has a 4gb built in HDD and yet when I download the game to the console it still tells me that I need
a HDD. Also from my understanding you cannot attach HDD's to an Xbox 360 E.

For most game saves I use a 16gb USB Memory Stick and it also won't let me play on that either.

I don't know what to do and I feel like I wasted money on the purchase, it should have been made clear in bold letters that a HDD is required and that the built in HDD of a 360E doesn't count. And if 360E's cant support additional HDD's then shouldn't it
be stated that the game will not work on a 360E.

Thanks for posting, parental controls are off and the game is crash bandicoot wrath of cortex....

 

The 4gb is internal flash memory, not a hard drive. All original Xbox games require an official MS hard drive in order to play because of the emulation software required. You can absolutely add a hard drive to your console. They are available as 250gb, 320gb,
and 500gb.
