Crash Bandicoot discussion

theres no area on a drop box for the new Crash Bandicoot game so ill slam it here. For anyone whos played the PS1 versions, which one do you find harder the new one or the PS1? Also which of the three games is your favourite. mines warped because thats the
one i used to play the most on PS1.

i have heard and saw that Crashes collision boxes on his feet are more oval making him slide on corners and edges whereas he didnt on PS1 dont hold me to that though. just wanting to hear your guys reviews on it

These two games on Xbox 360 are worth a good amount of money but they're nowhere near as good as the original Crash Bandicoot games (the last true Crash Bandicoot was Twinsanity).

 

I have a friend who follows the speed runner crowd and he says that some of the movement and bellyflop stuff has changed since the OG games.

 

I haven't played it yet but am on the fence. It seemed way too hard on the OG systems. But on a superior controller maybe it'll be better, eh? haha

 

I really like the Crash Games, Warped was my favourite.

I also can't wait for the Spyro Remaster to be released, great classics at last.

 

Haven't played it yet, but since I was pretty young when I played the older one, I guess I'll probably find that one harder

 

Personally I found the remaster of the first game a lot easier than the OG PS1 game. Maybe it's where I'm older and learn from mistakes easier.

 

I loved the PS1 versions of the games. I played the mini version that was put in one of the Uncharted games which helped me get the Crash bug back.

I'm looking forward to playing the remastered versions and seeing which will be tougher.

 

the original version was fantastic to play, I spent a lot of hours running through it, Have not played the new one yet but will most likely be getting it, IMO i would think the newer version would be easier as the control pads have changed a lot since the
original ps1 version of the game making it easier to control and play the game on the xbox one.

 

I think they may both be the same.
