Crash and Console Restart

I recently purchased Just Cause 3 and I haven't been able to play a single second of it. The game crashes at the Square Enix login screen and it doesn't just return me to the Xbox Home screen, it then proceeds to crash/reboot the console. I've done the
support dance with the Square Enix support people and it has been one of the worst support experiences ever. I'm pretty frustrated at this point.

I've done all the "I don't know what the problem is" troubleshooting steps (e.g. reinstalling the game/hard and soft resets/etc.). I can't seem to get any movement on this and was hoping that someone out there may have run into the same issue and found
a way past it. I'm tempted to ask for a refund at some point, but I REALLY want to play this game. JC2 was one of my favorites.

NFS: The Run crash "connect to Autolog"

The Run crash in connect to autolog and i need restart the console delete my game profile and start the run from begining every time, i heve installed the update 1.1, but crash.

crashing / locking up

I have 2 Limited Edition consoles and they both crash every few hours.However certain games will crash the systems more than others.Both of my consoles crash when I'm starting a game.My tv screen will go black like it generally does when games are loading
but mine will stay that way until I restart my console.I guess its normal..

Sorry to hear you've had this problem. Have you tried doing a factory reset on the console? If not, give that a shot to see if it helps. There is an option to keep installed games/apps so you won't have to reinstall them.

Another option may be to change your storage device. If the game is installed on the console's internal drive try an external drive instead. You can have up to 3 USB 3.0 external drives attached ranging in size from 256 GB - 16 TB for extra storage space.

I'd love to tell you how the demo was, but it crashed my console (forcing a hard restart)...

Sorry you're having issues with your console. First just double check and make sure the power supply and xbox are in a well ventilated area. If you've already done the hard reset and left it unplugged for a while, and the issue is still happening, I would
suggest trying a factory reset following this link. If you still have issues after doing the factory reset, then you likely will need to
service your console.

I too have been having console crashing and restarting since last update for some reason

My FIFA was crashing constantly earlier. I kept fully restarting the console until it consistently worked.
