    I AM LIVID... my nightmare began in disappointment, and I wish that was the extent of my misery.
    I pre-ordered an xbox one x from your online store while your website still said pre-order now to guarantee your scorpio edition, and didn't get the scorpio ed. I just got a regular one.... really disappointed, I tried to move on and enjoy my new X.
    That's when the real troubles started. First i get the "there was a problem with your save games" error, and must delete my local saves. Soon after everything stops working and my xbox won't load any app or game, making me factory reset it to get it working
    again. The first time was within my first three days of ownership, before the initial shock had faded from memory. Then it happened daily for a few weeks, but then it worked fine for a week after my first contact with support. Support staff were unable to
    diagnose any problem at that time. The machine then escalated to not being able to start up at all, and I contacted support again, this time sending my device in for repairs.

    The repair order was messed up, and I did not receive a shipping label, and was unable to print one out without contacting support once again. I'm sure all the techs did was force update the OS, because it didn't even last one day before once again issuing
    a save game error, and refused to restart after deleting local saves, requiring another factory reset that same day I received it. I struggled with it for weeks, not wanting to have to deal with support again, and just wanting my xbox to work. The situation
    soon devolved and once again, my xbox would no longer start, so I contacted support one more time. This time i pleaded to get my unit replaced with a different one, and the support member assured me he would set up a different unit being returned instead of
    the faulty hardware I had been sold, and I asked if he would upgrade the shipping free of charge, since this was my second time sending it in to the service center, and he said I would not have to pay for the shipping, of course... and got standard ground
    shipping once again... not only that, but I got same unit repair, and return on ground.

    I wish I could say this was the end of my troubles, but after a 5 day delay in north salt lake, I once again came into possession of a faulty xbox one x. It worked fine for one full week, then started the save game error/app & game failure to launch/crash
    of whole system loop once again.

    I AM PISSED OFF. I don't want to call support again, to have to listen to all the same rundown once again talking to someone who has no knowledge of my repeated attempts to fix my problem without sending my device in, just doing what the computer screen
    tells them to do to help me when two of the support staff I talked to didn't even have basic competence in the support station he and she were manning. One of those idiots even got my email wrong when they had that information right in front of them... I feel
    abused and betrayed and haven't been treated this badly since Sony Ps and Ps2, and i haven't/won't purchase another Sony product after the Ps2 crap... I want a WORKING xbox one x, not more run-around...

    I have since sent it back a third time, and fedex tracking says it got delivered last week, as of today the support ticket still says waiting to receive your device SRX1416205487ID. I tried to set up getting a new console, but the ticket says same unit
    repair... I am holding my LAST STRAW...

    Not yet, sent it back well over 10 days ago, fedex tracking said it was delivered 4-5 days after I shipped. Xbox support ticket still says it's waiting to receive it. Sony didn't treat me any better, ps1 died twice in warranty,they kept it for like 4 months?
    sent it back still broken, once after warranty and so I bought another(it worked until my kids destroyed it. Ps2 was total turd, I had 4 of them die in 2 years, they failed to repair it once,(so i exchanged it at kmart) then claimed I opened another and kept
    it,(I never did) so I gave up on Sony... They owe me a ps3, ps4 and probably ps5...

    did you ever get this addressed? I'm going through a similar situation. The support is pretty poor. I understand support is no easy feat but these people are just horrible. It takes them two hours of merry go round chatting not to get any real help but to
    be transferred or to be "followed up via email" only never to be and then you go back on support spend another two hours to be told the same thing. It's just awful. I've honestly had no problems with my PS1's, 2's, 3's or 4's, but I just wanted an XBOX since
    the last I had was the 360 and I did love it.

    There's no point in posting on these forums or calling to complain. Email videogame websites, the most popular ones, and tell them what microsoft is doing. Tell them how they said 20 to 25 business days and it's been 5 months for you. There's easily thousands
    if not tens of thousands of people who have gotten hacked. Microsoft isn't going to admit that it's their fault obviously. They are understaffed because of their cocky attitude that they couldn't be hacked. It's easier to blame all the people saying we
    got phished.

    If people have been getting hacked since may with the fifa exploit, why not change security settings immediately? Why not require the 3 digits on the back of your credit card when you make a purchase? Why not monitor fifa 11 and fifa 12 player pack purchases.
    The fact someone bought 18,000 points worth of player packs and my account wasn't automatically flagged is insanity.
