    Since this is the fourth controller which has the same issue (right analog stick gets broken) I am convinced that this is a design issue.

    Anyway, I tried to create a repair ticket (three times now) but never received a package slip from UPS! Support Chat told me I should go to the next UPS store with my repair ID... Seriously? Aren't you guys able to check where this damn packaging slip is?
    Or even to trigger this manually on UPS side? Poor Quality of product, poor Support!

    How did it feel the first time you hold a 360 controller after the Original Xbox controller?

    I used the Duke controller, not the crappy S controller. I missed having the weight of a big *** controller.
