Crap service- I hope we get compensation for the screw up

MS new they were going to get hacked and did nothing. Now you have a whole bunch of people who just got the X1 who are mad because your service is down. Due to neglect of a group of hackers warning you. I can't log-in at all, I have power cycled, Hard reset,
and called my internet company to see if anything was wrong so no moderator better come in here and tell me to do that cus I will just reply back with a shenanigans and a really good laugh at that response. I want to be able to play my games, not sit around
and stare at the console and wonder if MS will magically fix while sitting on there hands. Also when I say compensation I mean like 6months to a year of live for everyone, cus this is just bull crap.

Can't see my friends list or play games online

Great i love the next update in 30 minutes crap.....also do we get some sort of compensation for the insane number of "limited" services you provide.....and may i add that we have to pay extra for the privilege of using your super reliable service

the error code i am getting isnt in the List already checked

.. if this is a glitch through microsoft i hope the community stands up and we get compensated for the lost XBL service that we are still paying for. i get to deal with these guys when i get

Problem is we lose out on Gold, the service we pay for to play online for almost no reason. We might lose a couple days that were not related to us without a compensation. It's crap.
