Crap controllers

I have had a xbox 360 for about 9 years and only been through 3 controllers....2 still work yet on my xbox one I have owned for a year I have sent in my controller that came with the xbox 2 times and then another controller I have bought that is about 2
months old as I was playing last night the right bumper popped off. Apparently a lot of people are having problems with this yet as I contacted xbox a woman named "Maria" gave me misleading information about a controller being fixed. She then changed her words
and said instead of just needing the pid on the back of the controller I needed to also still have my receipt. If this is such a issue why does Xbox keep shafting us that have poured over a grand into games and previous systems for something they could just
fix and say sorry for. Now i am back down to one controller and a 65 dollar garbage controller unless I can get Microsoft and fix it for me like they should.

ugh. i think the console controllers look better than this piece of crap anyway. JMO

 

Do to the nature of this post I'm unable to assist very much, I can only recommend getting another Controller or Contacting Xbox Support again on this issue. Hope this gets fixed for you soon, And sorry i'm unable to assist you on this problem

 

ya why not feed the company more money I am sure they are ok with this....since when did customer service turn into the customer is always wrong....though we love the fact you spend money we are unable to help you....but please continue to support us and
our service.

 

if you still have the packaging from the controller then you can probably take it back to the store where you got it. many places will do exchanges even without a receipt. if you do not have the box, then i would suggest buying another controller and keeping
the box, and if you have any more problems, then you will still have a box to return it in.

 

from my experience of taking the controller apart and fixing a sticking bumper my self I don't think it just popped off, there has to be more to the story than what you are telling. I have slung my Master Chief controller to the floor, watched it bounce,
picked it up and kept playing with no issues. Like I said there is either more to the story or you got a faulty controller which does happen.

 

I'm sorry but Xbox Community Ambassadors are not Xbox Employees/Staff as much as I would love to help you get a new controller so you can get back to gaming im unable to I can recommend not messing with the controller as it may void its warranty, Again please
contact Xbox Support on this issue as I hope it gets fixed so you can enjoy your Xbox One Experience

Sorry this is something i'm unable to provide much support on.

 

Boy I was playing ESO one night and bam right bumper just fell off....friend was sitting there and laughed saying what a POS microshaft product...i was not as enlightened about the situation...apparently i have seen that the right bumper has a frail plastic
piece that is able to be broken
