    Crackling Noise While Playing Games

For a very long time now, every time I play a game I get a crackling noise in my headphones. It doesn't happen to the TV but to the headphones. AND ITS ONLY IN GAME. When watching movies or shows this doesn't happen. I thought it was my headphones so I
bought new headphones but it wasn't. I'm worried I'll spend more money on buying a controller when this doesn't seem like a controller issue, but a system issue. Looked this up on the forums and no one from Microsoft has an answer for this. I feel bad for
the other gamers experiencing this. It'd be a blessing if someone from Microsoft could answer me or at the least call me cause their "request a call" doesn't work either! I've never had to go as far as to go to a forum just to get customer service.

    :)

Do you have the same setup for gaming as when you watch movies? (the same headset, controller, cables, etc)

Are you playing online games or single player games?

is it only one game, or all of them?

    Hey there Director!

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to get that static feedback to stop.

Do you have your controller connected via usb by any chance? I have noticed that happen when people are charging the controller at the same time.

If not, I suggest trying the steps outlined in out support article entitled
    Xbox One Chat Headset troubleshooting
and seeing if that helps out with the solution.

When you get a chance, give those steps a shot and let us know if you get stuck at any point.

    Thanks for reading!

What kind of headset is it?

    Stereo Headset adapter...crackling audio

Got the xoseven today, and noticed the crackle while playing titan fall. With the controller plugged in to the xbox I do not notice the crackle.

I get the same noise while recording music due to high cpu load or sound processor load. I would imagine an update before too long addressing the issue. Its a shame though.
