    Olá ... Eu gostaria de saber por que quando entro Crackle a tela fica preta, e quando eu aperto em DESTAQUE fica carregando e não entra.

    Sometimes I have to wonder...

    I'm also hoping that the Crackle APP will change to Crackle Pop, so I can keep saying,

    "Xbox Snap Crackle Pop"

    Hi Lucas,

    Thanks for reaching out to us! I do want to clarify: which platform is being used to access Crackle? Is the Xbox 360, Xbox One or windows 10 being used? Also is there any other app having issues currently?

    I would recommend removing the app and reinstalling it to see if that fixes the issue. I have listed below different links to uninstall and reinstall on different platforms.
