Crackle in Stereo headset

My stereo headset makes a crackling sound. I have seen this problem mentioned in a lot of posts around internet.

usually it starts allright but after a while the crackle starts. Kind of popping sound. When I pull the adapter out and connect it again, it is gone for a while but starts again.

Controller is updated, Xbox one and headset are brandnew (september 5th). It appears ingame and on the dashboard. Can you plz fix this, from what I read, its a firmware problem in the controller which was solved in April update but is back now.

My xbox one stereo headset is crackly in game and chat. When im navigating menus on mh xbox one the headset crackles and my friend tells me my chat voice is crackly too, please make quality gear for one Microsoft not cheap untested crap

Mic crackling in new controller

my xbox one headset crackles and pops whenever someone talks or I navigate the home screen, I didnt have this problem with my old controller, I use a stereo headset adapter so is this a problem with the auxiliary port in the new controller??

 

I just bought a stereo headset and I'm having this same issue! I was worried that it was the headset, but all my research points to the adapter, as well. I've found that it occurs more frequently after the game resets its audio--so, from one menu to the
next, or before or after a music track, or between lines of dialogue. Playing Destiny, NO crackling has started in the Tower, which is probably because the game isn't cutting the audio signal to load a new environment/sequence.

 

I have the same issue a lot, too. It seems to come and go randomly for me.

 

Microsoft released the headset adapter with this problem. Then they finally fixed it around April(Titanfall) and proceeded to break the bloody thing again a month later in the next update. They've been ignoring complaints ever since.

 

I also have this problem. Is it the adapter itself? Does the type of headphones you use cause any issues?
