Crackle App crashing (New update?)

I loaded up Crackle tonight (I haven't used it in a while) and was required to activate it and apparently sign up on their site. Now that I've done so, every time I try to load the app I have trouble.

At first, it would load up and say it was going to play an episode of a TV show (Firefly, which I like, but didn't choose) giving me a two second countdown until the start of the episode. Before it would reach zero, the app would crash and take me back to
the Xbox One Home screen. The app then began displaying an error message that essentially just said "error" but had no error code. Now it just tells me that it isn't connecting to a server. None of these messages are Xbox messages, they are directly in the
app, so I suppose that it could simply be on Crackle's side.

I've done a hard reset on my console and I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app; I've even tried to unlink the activation from my new Crackle account on Crackle.com. None of this seems to have fixed it.

Is there a problem with the Crackle service right now, is it an issue with the app or an update for it, or is there something that I can do to resolve this on my end?

Sometimes I have to wonder...

I'm also hoping that the Crackle APP will change to Crackle Pop, so I can keep saying,

"Xbox Snap Crackle Pop"

No Crackle/CinemaNow feedback

the crackle app isn';t released yet

it was an advertisement

crackle support comes in feburary and in only certain regions

I contacted Crackle via their Facebook and Twitter, only to be told to contact their support via
www.crackle.com/.../customersupport but it appears to have fixed itself.

However, this problem seems to have resolved itself.

when turning the xbox off, if the light is blinking but the screen is off then it is auto downloading an update.

the crackling could be interference between controller and xbox.

Games crashing - not sure.
