    uninstall and reinstall the game    . Most times this happens due to a corrupt file while installing. Also, before install make sure

    windows is up to date    , your graphics card.

    so I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, made sure everything is up to date(windows, drivers,..). still crasches in the loading screen after the first cutscene.
