Crackdown 3 wont launch

Crackdown 3 freeze after "press any button", i try using another microsoft account which did not play this game before on the same PC the game can launch, it seems when the game sync my data and the game will freeze and cannot launch with my original account.

Have you tried to create another local account on your computer to see if the issue is not related to your computer account instead of the Microsoft/Xbox account? If not, please try it:

Press Win+R Keys.
Type netplwiz and press Enter.
Click Add button.
Click Sign in without a Microsoft Account. If you do not see that option, disconnect from the Internet.
Click Local account if prompted.
Type the username you want, and the password. You must also specify a hint. Click Next.
Click Finish.

Make the new local account an admin account:
Select Start > Settings > Accounts > Family & Other Users > Select the Account Owner Name (you should see "Local account" below the name) > Change Account Type.
Select Administrator, and then select OK.
Sign in with the new Administrator Account.

After that:
Go to Start > Settings > Accounts > Sign-in Options > Privacy > Uncheck "Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device and reopen my apps after an update and restart." Restart your PC.

See if you are able to play the game using your Microsoft/Xbox account but signed on your PC with this local account. Please let me know how it goes.

In this case, you can try to play the game in offline mode. It will save your progress locally. Then, when starting the game again online, it will sync the local save to the cloud. It might work to fix your issue but you will probably lose all the progress you made on your current save.

i am using a local account, and i have created a new local account to try and it does not work

i have even tried install a new windows 10, but the game still cant launch after sync my data. I switch to another new microsoft account and launch the game with no problem, seems there have some problem on my save data on cloud and when the data load it just cant load into game. i cannot find any method to delete my cloud save
