Sorry for the issue with your game. Have you made sure the PC is up to date? Also make sure your graphics card is up to date. This as mentioned from Forzadriftgirl could be an issue with the game, so would be best to look on their forums.

Found the solution (worked for me)

Someone told that you need the xbox app up to date and you shold be logged in

I had an error with mine xbox app,then i installed "xbox identity provider" that you can find here:

After that i installed it,i logged my account in the xbox app

And now everything is working

(my Windows is up to date, Nvidia drivers too)

p.s. i'm playing on a very bad laptop (nvidia 940m),infact at the beginning the game says that i'm under the minimum requirements but i can play anyway (low and under HD quality xD )
