Crackdown 3 save disappeared.

Hi today I bought a game pass for pc and downloaded crackdown 3, after a few hours of playing I closed the game. After this break, I turned on the crackdown and noticed that the game save disappeared.I tried a few times playing from scratch until I saved, I left the game and turned it on again the same thing happens, there is no game save.I play solo campaign.Is anyone able to help me with this ?

Installing the game on drive C did not give anything still I have the same problem.The rest of what you offered me I will try to do tomorrow thank you very much that you help I will let you know tomorrow as I will do these things what you offered me.

If maybe the issue persist I can advise you other three things to try:

A. If you have an antivirus or similar in your PC, disable all the protections temporarily and try again (or if you don't mind delete the program temporarily)

B. Do a clean boot in your PC and try again

The problem has been fixed. In the task manager, I found the xbox game save service that was turned off, I turned it on again and everything is saving even found me a game save from my xbox from 2019

It's odd that this happened only with Crackdown and not other games.
I didn't think about the Xbox services for that.
