Crackdown 3 (PC) Lost Agent Progress After Crash.

I've been playing Crackdown 3 via game pass on PC and it's been good fun.

However, tonight the game crashed to desktop. No error message, just closed and went to desktop.

Decided to restart the game after a few minutes and the game then seemed to have an issue syncing data initially, but it eventually does it. Unfortunately I then discovered it has wiped my agent's progress. The game state % remains the same for each faction/section,
and all my captured supply points are there, but my agent has no weapons any more and and the performance stats are all back at zero. I have rebooted my PC of course and I checked the event log out of curiosity. At the time of the crash it showed
"Windows successfully diagnosed a low virtual memory condition. The following programs consumed the most virtual memory: Crackdown3.exe (18828) consumed 10407538688 bytes". This might not actually be the cause but it's interesting nonetheless. I
also saw some logs relating to the Xbox Live Game Service.

I was around 50% through the game I reckon, nearly all weapons unlocked and several bosses already beaten. I'm loathed to go through this all again.

So what I want to know is, if there's any way of rescuing my agent's proper progress? Is there a backup of my previous save in the cloud or locally that I can use? I've searched my PC for anything Crackdown related and come up empty.

Hello Rob,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. As for the cloud save and local, as it has saved already with weapons and that gone that is the save. However you may get with the developers or a fellow gamer as you are playing on PC there may be a way to
pull up an old save.

I'm having the same issue. I've had it happen at least 3 times before where instead of loading the progress after the workout its complete it crashes to home page. Today the game crashed mid-workout - I had only 10 minutes left. Lost all progress towards
achievements as well as any stamps. I was using the Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 workout.

i lost my progress after sync console with cloud, so i think new game and new progress now at cloud. On my PC i have game with old progress, can i load progress from PC to cloud , not from cloud to pc. How to find local savings at PC ?

Same here. Crashing more frequently during exercises - back to home., reopen fast forwarded to carry on (but lost progress), only for it crash again soon after.

Also freezing due to insufficient bandwidth intermittently.... which is rubbish , as I know there's plenty of capacity.
