Crackdown 3 Keeps Crashing

Hi there,

The first thing I would suggest, is to make sure your PC is fully up to date, via Windows Update, and to make sure any graphics/sound drivers are also up to date. Was there an error code at all, or does the game just crash straight to Desktop?

There might be compatibility issues with some devices. Also, the
Crackdown 3 Support Page can advise you further, if these little housekeeping checks don't improve the situation.

I think I finally found the fix. Follow these steps.

Fix Crackdown 3 PC Crash Error on Touch-capable System running Windows 10

Here is how you do it.

Step 1- Open task manager in your Windows 10 PC.

Step 2- Switch to the services tab in the top.

Step 3- Look for “TabletInputService”, right click and disable it.

This should stop the game crashing every 15 mins on your PC.

It wouldn't let me disable it until I opened properteries and selected disable. then restart pc.

Did you ever find a fix? I have been having the exact issue with mine and also just got it from game pass on pc id love to play that game but my pc doesnt want to it seems. It doesnt lag or anything it just crashes.
