Crackdown 3 keep shutting down my Xbox one X at the start of game.

hi all, I'm unable to play Crackdown 3 as it keep shutting down my Xbox one X at the same point of games very time I try to play. this point is right at the start of the game when you are in the tank about to have nanotech activated and then it will shutdown
my Xbox. it doesn't matter what I do it will shutdown my Xbox at the same point. I've reinstalled the game twice, deleted all save data & tried different agents with no luck. the version of game I'm using is the game pass. my Xbox works fine all my other games.

any ideas what I can do?

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Thank you for listing all of the troubleshooting you have tried, it really helps us identify possible solutions for you. Based on everything you have tried out already, I think your console can benefit from
a operating system reset.

Follow these steps. Please note, you will have to re-sign into your accounts. Make sure you know your sign in emails and passwords before continuing :

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select System.
Select Console info & updates.
Select Reset console.
Select Reset and keep games and apps

That is very odd. You may want to uninstall the game. Then clear local saved games and the MAC address before installing again. It sounds like you have a corrupted file somewhere.

finally after several attempts I was able to skip that scene. 😆 now I can play the game.

This definitely sounds like one nasty bug! I would encourage you to perform a full power cycle on your xbox and well as deleting and reinstalling Crackdown 3. Hopefully this should resolve the issue!
