CRACKDOWN 3 issue.

Hello,

I downloaded crackdown 3 on my PC last night. Upon installation I launched the game which ran through all the splash screens with no problem, I then came to the "press any button" menu so I pressed space and nothing happend I then clicked my mouse and nothing
happend. I connected my controller and pressed start and nothing happened.

The games hasn't crashed as the menu is still functioning and the music still plays. The "press any button" even responds to my buttom inputs but i dont advance to the next menu.

So I got I contact with an agent who ran through some trouble shooting which didn't work, they then asked me to uninstall and reinstall the game and contact them back if it continued.

So I did and the problem is still happening so I got in contact and all they advised me to do was contact the developer. So I asked them and they told me to contact Microsoft as they have a support team. Basically got passed around.

So I now do not know what to do. Can anyone give me any suggestions?

Hello Bunny,

Sorry for the issue with your game. Have you made sure the PC is up to date? Also make sure your graphics card is up to date. This as mentioned from Forzadriftgirl could be an issue with the game, so would be best to look on their forums.

Found the solution

(worked for me)

Someone told that you need the xbox app up to date and you shold be logged in

I had an error with mine xbox app,then i installed "xbox identity provider" that you can find here:

After that i installed it,i logged my account in the xbox app

And now everything is working

(my Windows is up to date, Nvidia drivers too)

p.s. i'm playing on a very bad laptop (nvidia 940m),infact at the beginning the game says that i'm under the minimum requirements but i can play anyway (low and under HD quality xD )
