Crackdown 3 achievement glitched

I have been playing Crackdown 3 with a friend in co-op mode. We have completed the game and neutralized every enemy asset in the game, but the Liberation and Justice Has Been Served achievements have not unlocked. Liberation is at 91% and Justice is at
99%. We do remember that it looked like one of the Hardpoints glitched because I was unlocking it when my co-op partner activated a cut scene for the main story of the game. But, the Hardpoint turned blue on the map. Everything is now blue on the map, all
the Hardpoints show blue, and all the Hardpoints show liberated when we go back to each one. Are we screwed, or is there a fix for this? Playing on Xbox one consoles over Xbox live.

I think you should try restarting your Xbox and the achievement unlock should be there

I just had this issue. Turns out I had to run around some more and find the missing piece. It wasn't labeled until I came across it. I spent like 20 minutes searching and was about to give up. You may have to do the same. I Googled all locations and went
to them to triple check.

I still play it. Still fun. No news on Crackdown 3... Can't figure out any new glitches for this one, unlike the first crackdown. Everybody found some cool glitches for that game.
