Here is a screenshot of my Windows Start-up programs. I disabled everything and I still get this error :/





I did multiple test, one time with the Windows anti-virus, one time without, and it gives me the same error.

I don't have other third party security programs installed on my computer.

I did scans and checked, I have no viruses on my computer.

I bought the game on the Windows Store, my gamertag connect well to the game.

I am using the last Windows 10 update (v2004).

Can you post a screenshot of your Windows Start-up programs? Right click on the Windows Taskbar, run Task Manager and click on the Start-Up tab.

You don't need to attempt close down Windows based Virus and firewall software is this will not interfere with operations of games - not that you can close these anyway as they are part of the Operating System. Do you have any other third party security
programs running?

Typically third party security software can't be easily disabled as this is a preventative measure to stop malicious software from closing these down and potentially infecting your PC.

From the image I could see that all options given to me are enabled.

Check if your antivirus is preventing the game from working normally, or install it again.

it is the games anticheat software that is picking up a rogue service in the background, i had to disable nvidia shadowplay and overlay for it to work, if you have yours disabled and it still does this then there is something installed and running on your
system that interacts with the game then triggers the anticheat software.

run malwarebytes scan to see if you have hidden malware, also check startup to see what programs are running.

There is nothing wrong with the game as i run it fine and so do my sons on their pc's.

I've already tried reinstalling and resetting the program.

I have also set exclusions in windows defender as well as my firewall to prevent any obstructions.

Game still forces me back into main menu with the same error message despite following all these steps.

Anyway to escalate this bug to your development team?

I have spent way more time trying to work around this problem and get this game to run then I will get out of it as far as gameplay...
