Crack The Keg problems

I've spent an hour+ a day on Gwent for the past three days and have not gotten any play per day plays, and I've been a member of the closed beta for months, and then uninstalled and reinstalled the beta over two days ago, and have not received any plays
for that either. The max time allotted for plays to be added was 48 hours and it has been well over that by this point. If this could be fixed soon that would be great thx.
