users on the Crack the Keg page. Apologies for the inconvenience. We are working with our web team on getting this issue resolved ASAP. Since we are only tracking to see if you have downloaded Gwent into your library, not using the link on the page has not
affected your 5 sweeps for downloading and playing. We see that you have completed that portion of the sweepstakes, but due to this error the 5 sweeps are not showing up as available. We'll update this post as soon as our web team can confirm that the sweeps
are being properly populated on your web page.

same here - i'd already had the beta downloaded before this promotion came up so when I go install on the webpage it says I already own this gam. Fine.

But I've been playing Gwent for an hour at least every day since last Friday and still no free bonus keg plays. (Yes I am getting the standard 1 free play per day)

So I'm missing the 5 free keg plays from downloading the beta plus the daily keg plays for 1hrs play per day.

Can someone help us please?
