Crack the keg "download beta" reward not unlocking

Hi,

I downloaded the beta through the xbox store before June I believe.

Now it is the 7th of June but the 5 unlocks, and subsequent 2 daily unlocks for playing are still not unlocking.

Crack the keg download reward problem

I am using xbox rewards and the download part of crack the keg has not unlocked for me. I have downloaded the game, it was downloaded 3-4 days ago

xbox live rewards crack the keg

I started participating in the crack the keg rewards program on 6/3 and it has been over the 48 hours I expected to wait at this point. I still have not received credit for playing the past 3 days, or even for downloading the open beta (and I've had gwent
since closed beta), is there any reason?

Apologies for the inconvenience. We have determined that there is currently an issue affecting some of our users where their sweepstakes entries are not being updated on the webpage. While we are tracking your activity like the download and play, and the
daily plays, your sweeps counter on the webpage is not actively reflecting this information. We are now working with our web team on updating this page as soon as possible. Once we get their confirmation that your sweeps entries are being refreshed correctly,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. While investigating your issue, we identified why this is occurring, and are working on a hotfix for this issue. While we are tracking all your activity, the sweeps are not being displayed as available for some
users on the Crack the Keg page. Apologies for the inconvenience. We are working with our web team on getting this issue resolved ASAP. Since we are only tracking to see if you have downloaded Gwent into your library, not using the link on the page has not
affected your 5 sweeps for downloading and playing. We see that you have completed that portion of the sweepstakes, but due to this error the 5 sweeps are not showing up as available. We'll update this post as soon as our web team can confirm that the sweeps
are being properly populated on your web page.
