CPU fan constantly running on a band new xbox one s

I have the same problem. It's gotten much worse over the last year. It's NOT clicking. No performance issues.

Just a super loud fan on CONSTANTLY.

Occasionally resetting the unit will stop the fan for a little while but it really doesn't go away which sucks because it's the hub of our media room. All tv and streaming go through this box.

It's well-ventilated and so is the power supply. I blow dust out of it frequently. in the internet offers no solution because anytime I try to search for the problem I am instead presented with the clicking noise issue which is discouraging. Any threads
I have found with this issue have little or no reply let alone the solution.

Any help is appreciated.

The CPU inside of your Series S is far, far superior. The CPU is what makes the game actually work, not the GPU.

yet my pc with air cooling only and running a stress test maxed gpu and cpu runs cool in comparison. cpu maxes out at 62 degrees and the 3080ti hits 68 degrees.

the series s is a little box that does not provide the best of cooling and is also running full tilt running the games best it can, unfortunately showing its age already.

If the PC case is designed well enough, then it is surprising how cool air cooling can keep a system....my system runs miles cooler than my old one despite having less fans and only a CPU fan cooler (versus liquid). It only has a 2060 Super but I used to run that at 95% usage for hours on end and the exhaust air still ran cool, albeit with the fans running at max

The Series S kind of reminds me of the bargain basement PC cases you can get which have almost zero airflow...components just run so much hotter

no removing a fan when the system is off will do nothing running system without the fan WILL fry the CPU

No it doesn't look like it. The original Xbox One, One S and even the One X lack the CPU processing capability to run this type of game. It's extremely CPU heavy even on a high end PC, the old Xbox One just isn't up to the task, that's why it's only being released on the Series consoles.
