CPU and Recv are slow and keep spiking

I’ve tried hard restarting my Xbox and lowering the resolution but it’s still very slow and keeps spiking, it’s very hard to play games

The problem should be either in Discord or in your Network drivers. First try to reinstall them.

If you have any third-party antivirus or network security tools, I'll suggest you turn them off as well

im confused is RECV coming out for xbox? if so when?

go into the settings under see of thieves and enable fps and ping view so you can then see that on screen, check what your ping is hitting and see when it spikes, if that does not go up then it maybe cpu or gpu spikes or some other issue.

For me it uses low CPU for a while, but then for no apparent reason CPU usage spikes and it becomes very unresponsive. Doesn't seem to correlate to anything I do. The only thing I can do to make it usable again (for a time) is to kill the process in task
manager.

Apologies...my brain decided to forget that the case, and cooler, was changed.

Presuming it's not the cooler at fault, the only other thing I can think of which might explain this is that one of the CPU socket pins on the motherboard may be bent. Even a single bent pin can lead to sudden temperature spikes as the CPU gets confused. Did the technician who replaced the CPU check the pins?
