    Cox Communications Las Vegas guide off by 3 hours


    Hello,

    My issue is with the OneGuide on Xbox One. The channel numbers are correct, however the lineup for programming is 3 hours ahead of what it should be.

    I have confirmed my time zone is correct.

    I've tried every combination of HD/SD channels being displayed.

    Any tips?

    Oneguide channel lineup Charter Communications incorect

    The listings for Cox Communications in Las Vegas have been incorrect since launch day. OneGuide already does very little, but this is pathetic. I have checked and rechecked my system settings.

    The TV listings on my OneGuide are always incorrect. All of my settings, ZIP Code, Cable Provider, Daylight Savings Time, Time Zone are correct. This is unacceptable. Any new OneGuide features mean nothing to me if the listings are always wrong. I
    have COX Communications cable in Las Vegas, NV.

    Hi KillerStephen, are you still seeing this issue? The lineup appears correct to me, but I don't actually have Cox Communications Las Vegas cable in my Seattle office Cox Communications Las Vegas guide off by 3 hours :). Could you give some examples of channels that are showing the incorrect programming?

    Seems to be straight actually. May have been a specific channel. Ill comment again if I notice which specifically.

    The problem is with channels 1261 and 1300. OneGuide displays data that is 3 hours old. There might be other channels affected but I don't have a large subscription package.
